What is it: Your cardio-vascular fitness is the strength of your hart and its ability to pump blood (including oxygen) through your body. This system basically determines how fast you get puffed out. It is a great measurement for endurance.
Step 1: – count your resting heart rate for 30 seconds while sitting down
– write this down on your progress sheet
Step 2: step for 3 minutes in a pace that is similar to walking up the stairs.
Step 3: After the 3 minutes you are going to count your heart-rate again while sitting down. This time you count for 60 seconds
