Fitness Assessment

Today is the moment of truth. Today we are going to do a small and easy assessment to find out where we stand.

There are five tests that we can do to provide us with a good indication of our overall fitness

  • Body Composition,

  • Cardio-vascular fitness,

  • Flexibility

  • Body and Core strength.

So let’s get into it. We will need the following tools to get started:

  1. Scales

  2. Pen and your progress sheet which you find on the end of this document.

  3. Tape measurer

  4. Timer or clock.

  5. Steps, staircase or other elevation of approx 30cm high.[/box]
