1. Wash, hull and mash strawberries in a small bowl with a fork.
2. Mix vanilla bean paste with yoghurt.
3. Place 1/3 cup of muesli at the bottom of four bowls.
4. Divide the mashed strawberries across the muesli followed by the yoghurt.
5. Drizzle the passionfruit pulp over the dish and a few extra sprinkles of muesli.
