Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts.

Sometimes we need a bit of friendly competition to get the most out of ourselves. It is all about having fun though. Our philosophy when it comes to fitness training is simple: When you have a good time while working out (yes, it is possible !), you stick to it.
Exercise should be more than pushing yourself to the max. It should help you get rid of stress and fill you with endorphins so that you walk away feeling happy and energised.

Group classes also improve your self-esteem and confidence. Exercising can give you a sense of accomplishment, when you reach the end of a class you will feel a sense of pride which can give you a real boost in confidence.

You will progress and get stronger and fitter over time, and when you see these changes, this is a great boost to your self-esteem. For example, when you first start training with us, you might start off with the lightest weights.
However, as you take part in the group training more often, you will soon be able to increase the weights that you use. Before you know it, you will find yourself warming up with weights that used to be a challenge.

Like all our sessions, you are required to book your space beforehand. This not only ensures that your trainer can give you the attention you deserve.It is also a great motivatorbecause if you are already signed up, you are more likely to stick to this schedule and not skipyour workout.

    Apart from doing one on one personal training, there is also the option of training in a group. You can train with your friend, partner or join with others in a groups.

    Group training is a great way to get in the best shape of your life. It is amazing how much more you push yourself with a bit of friendly competition. The training sessions start at 25 dollars a session and you will be training with no more than 5 other people. This ensures that you will always get high quality personal training.
