There is something magical that happens when you are working out with others.
The energy just lifts you up. It helps you push through that last round of exercises while you support and encourage each other. It is not only motivating but it also holds you accountable.
The truth is that we do more for others than we do for ourselves. We don’t want to let others down, so we show up to the workout because you know that others are counting on you and you don’t want to let your PT down.
It’s inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by like-minded individuals. It simply does not get much more empowering than a group session with an encouraging coach and supportive people all working hard together. Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts.
Sometimes we need a bit of friendly competition to get the most out of ourselves. It is all about having fun though. Our philosophy when it comes to fitness training is simple: When you have a good time while working out (yes, it is possible !), you stick to it.
Exercise should be more than pushing yourself to the max. It should help you get rid of stress and fill you with endorphins so that you walk away feeling happy and energised.
Group classes also improve your self-esteem and confidence. Exercising can give you a sense of accomplishment, when you reach the end of a class you will feel a sense of pride which can give you a real boost in confidence.
You will progress and get stronger and fitter over time, and when you see these changes, this is a great boost to your self-esteem. For example, when you first start training with us, you might start off with the lightest weights.
However, as you take part in the group training more often, you will soon be able to increase the weights that you use. Before you know it, you will find yourself warming up with weights that used to be a challenge.
Like all our sessions, you are required to book your space beforehand. This not only ensures that your trainer can give you the attention you deserve.It is also a great motivatorbecause if you are already signed up, you are more likely to stick to this schedule and not skipyour workout.
