- 1 ripe banana
- 30g Macro organic quick oats
- 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbs natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tbs unsalted peanuts, dry roasted
How to make it
- Mash 1/2 bananas in a medium bowl. Add oats, milk, cinnamon and vanilla and stir to combine. Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Add peanut butter, stir to combine, and microwave for a further 2 minutes.
- Slice over remaining bananas, top with remaining peanut butter and sprinkle with peanuts to serve.
