Peanut Butter Porridge
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
30g Macro organic quick oats
1/2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tbs natural peanut butter
1/2 tbs unsalted peanuts, dry roasted
How to make it
Mash 1/2 bananas in a medium bowl. Add oats, milk, cinnamon and vanilla and stir to combine. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Add peanut butter, stir to combine, and microwave for a further 2 minutes.
Slice over remaining bananas, top with remaining peanut butter and sprinkle with peanuts to serve.
