Perform each of the exercises for 30 seconds each
End Round 1, Rest 45 seconds and Repeat 2 more times
Cross trainer: 60 sec fast pace, 60 sec medium pace x 4 (8 minutes)
Repeat each exercise for 30 seconds (each side)
End of Round 2, rest 45 seconds and repeat 2 more times
